Our products and services available will be subjected to the following terms, conditions and notices (Stated under “Terms of Service”). Our customers will be bound by agreement to the stated Terms of Services from our website. Please do check our page regularly to take notice of any following changes being made to the Terms of Service.

Dystra has the right to withdraw, or alter the Terms of Service without prior notice. We are not liable if the website is under maintenance at any time for any reasons. We might restrict access to certain (or whole) portions of the website at certain times during the maintenance check.

SHIPPING

Our online store serves both domestic and international orders. Alternative shipping costs would apply to international orders while our local orders are free. A handling of SGD $2.00 will apply. 

International shipping would take 4 to 7 working days to process, unless specified differently by custom-orders.

PRICES

Our stock prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Dystra maintains the right to amend prices on the site at any given time.

ORDERS

A confirmation email will be issued to you within 2 working days upon receiving your order. While we will process the order as soon as possible, do expect an email from us once your order has been shipped out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our products are promised to be sold as brand new. Exchanges are hereby only allowed when the order instruction differs from the delivery result. This would include wrong sizes/items or defective products. Exchanges are permitted up to 14 days after delivery, and must be accompanied with the original packaging, tags and product. Items eligible for exchange can be swapped for equal or lesser value of the original purchase price.

In a case of exchange, please mail the wrong/defective order back to us via mail. Other than the cases stated above, all sales are deemed to be finalised. Please feel free to contact us at sales@dystra.com  for further enquiries.

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions made are secured by Stripe’s online payment system. Any alternative mode of payment can be made by contacting us through the contact page and we will make the arrangements accordingly.

ASSISTANCE

In the case of doubt that your order fails to arrive after 14 business days, please do contact us at sales@dystra.com with your order number and we will do our best in assisting you.
